KEIYO COMMUNITY-NEW TESTAMENT BIBLE LAUNCH AND DEDICATION
The Keiyo community celebrated a historic milestone with the launch of the New Testament in the Keiyo heart language. For the first time, members of the community could read and hear Scripture in the language that reflects their identity, culture, and everyday life, bringing God’s Word closer to the hearts of all generations.
The launch event gathered church leaders, elders, youth, and families in a day filled with joy, worship, and thanksgiving. As passages from the New Testament were read aloud in Keiyo, many expressed a deep sense of connection and understanding. Hearing Scripture in their own language brought the message to life, making it personal, relatable, and transformative.
Since the launch, the Keiyo New Testament has been integrated into church services, Bible study groups, and family devotions. It has inspired greater engagement with God’s Word, strengthened faith, and encouraged discipleship across the community. Young and old alike now have access to Scripture in a language they know best, fostering spiritual growth and unity.
This milestone not only celebrates the translation of the Bible but also affirms the value and beauty of the Keiyo language. The Keiyo New Testament opens doors for lasting impact, empowering the community to grow in faith, knowledge, and cultural pride.
